Dues make our work sustainable and ensure that we stay beholden to the interests of tenants - not outside funders.

To make membership accessible and equitable for all tenants regardless of income, we use a sliding-scale dues structure.

To calculate your own yearly dues payment, divide your average monthly take-home pay by 130.

(For example, if you bring home roughly $3,500 in total pay each month, your annual dues calculation would be: 3,500/130 = $26.92)
